Update to language requirements guidance – test results

Date: January 31, 2013

Summary: From June 26, 2010 to January 14, 2014, for CIC purposes, Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) provided applicants with a sealed envelope containing original test scores at the same time as the personal score report. Effective January 15, 2014, CELPIP discontinued the practice of sending official score reports to applicants in a sealed envelope and reports issued on or after this date contain additional security features.
