This section describes how to process electronic applications for permanent residence that are submitted by federal skilled worker class (FSWC) applicants who were invited to apply through Express Entry.
The FSWC is prescribed as a class of people who are skilled workers, who may become permanent residents based on their ability to become economically established in Canada and who intend to reside in a province other than Quebec.
