Special Events—Visa Fee Exempt Special Events: February and March 2011
Issue
The purpose of this Operational Bulletin (OB) is to provide information on the fee-exempt events taking place in February and March 2011.
Background
As you know, in accordance with Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, some delegates attending special events in Canada are entitled to receive a fee exempt visa. Following is a list of fee exempt events taking place in February and March 2011.

Note: Fee exemptions apply to single entry Temporary Resident Visa (TRVs) only. If applicants are requesting a multiple entry TRV, then they must pay the processing fee for same.
