The IRCC Portal for letter of acceptance (LOA) verification is for postsecondary educational institutions that need to validate LOAs submitted by students. All post-secondary designated learning institutions (DLIs) must use the IRCC Portal to validate their LOAs within the allotted time.

How to get an invitation code
We’ll email the primary contact at each post-secondary DLI with a unique invitation code to sign up for the portal. If you haven’t received the invitation code, you can send us an email.
