Ministerial Instructions 84 (MI84): Parents and Grandparents
Since applications received as part of the 2024 intake will be accepted into processing in 2025, new Ministerial Instructions for the 2025 calendar year will come into effect January 1, 2025. These instructions provide authority to accept into processing up to 15,000 applications received as part of the 2024 intake.
