Ministerial Instructions 80 (MI80): Amendments to Ministerial Instructions with respect to the submission of online applications for temporary resident visas and other documents
The Ministerial Instructions were revised on October 10, 2024, to amend the list of foreign nationals outside of Canada who may submit applications by any other means available or specified by the Minister for that purposes to include foreign nationals who apply under the Temporary public policy to exempt certain Indigenous persons and their family members from temporary residence requirements.
