Ministerial Instructions 77 (MI77): Amendments to Ministerial Instructions with respect to the processing of certain applications for a study permit

Effective August 26, 2024, new Ministerial Instructions on the processing of study permit applications were issued to amend the Ministerial Instructions that took effect on June 26, 2024 (MI75).

These Instructions amend the categories of study permit applications that are excluded from the conditions set out in the Instructions and the associated application cap.
