Ministerial Instructions 76 (MI76): Ministerial Instructions Amending the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Agri-food Immigration Class, 2023
The Ministerial Instructions were revised on February 10, 2024, to give applicants residing in Canada the option to either meet the job offer requirement or the education requirement, and to accept relevant work experience gained under an Open Work Permit for Vulnerable Workers.
