Ministerial Instructions (MI69): Parents and Grandparents
Since the applications received as part of the 2023 intake will be accepted into processing in 2024, new Ministerial Instructions for the 2024 calendar year will come into effect January 1, 2024. These instructions provide authority to accept into processing up to 15,000 applications received as part of the 2023 intake.
