Ministerial Instructions 59 (MI59) regarding the processing of applications under the Home Support Worker Class and the Home Child Care Provider Class
Effective January 1, 2023, new Ministerial Instructions for the 2023 calendar year were issued for the Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker pilots to amend the previous Ministerial Instructions that were established May 15, 2021 (MI46). These instructions set out the maximum number of applications that can be accepted for processing under the 2 pilots.
