Ministerial Instructions 36 (MI36): Parents and grandparents
Effective January 1, 2020, temporary Ministerial Instructions were issued in order to ensure that IRCC has sufficient time to complete the development of a new intake process for the 2020 Parents and Grandparents program. The re-opening of the program is postponed until further Ministerial Instructions are issued.
