The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration gives the annexed Ministerial Instructions Amending the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, 2024-2 under paragraph 10.3(1)(g)^{Footnote a} of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act^{Footnote b}.

Ministerial Instructions Amending the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, 2024-2

Amendments

1 (1) Subsection 7(1) of the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System^{Footnote 1} is amended by adding the following after paragraph (c):

(c.1) an indication of whether they currently reside in Canada and, if so, their province of residence;

(2) Subsection 7(1) of the Instructions is amended by adding the following after paragraph (o):

(o.1) the province where they acquired their work experience;

(3)Paragraph 7(1)(r) of the Instructions is replaced by the following:

(r) an indication of whether they have studied in Canada and, if so, the province where they studied;

(r.1) if they have studied in Canada, an indication of whether they have studied at a designated learning institution as defined in section 211.1 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations and, if so, the designated learning institution number for that institution;
