We run usability testing regularly to improve our products. We’re looking for people who are interested in helping us test our products.
If you get an email about testing
If you get an email from IRCC.CEUsability-UtilisabiliteEC.IRCC@cic.gc.ca inviting you to test a product with us, it’s legitimate. Go ahead and book a session!
What usability testing is
Usability testing is a way we evaluate and improve our services. We watch participants interact with a product to find out how the product functions.
Participants
- complete different tasks using our products
- let us know how easy it was to understand what they needed to do
We use what we learn to improve our products.
How you can participate
We’re looking for people to spend 30 to 60 minutes to try out a product, including
- web pages
- online forms
- other Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada products
The testing is anonymous, and your participation won’t affect any current or future applications with the department.
