Dubbed the “Northern Capital of British Columbia,” Prince George is located between the Fraser and the Nechako rivers. French-speaking immigrants are well represented in the community. The City of Prince George provides continuous service for Francophone residents to help with their integration. Prince George has 100 parks and over 1,500 lakes and rivers close by. It also features the natural beauty of the northern lights, preserved forests, mountains and wildlife.
