As the narrator reads out the various parts that make up the device, the device separates into the four respective parts and the following text appears on screen: battery, heating element, tank / reservoir, mouthpiece
Vaping devices come in all shapes and sizes. Most consist of... A battery, a heating element, a tank or reservoir, and a mouthpiece.

The vaping liquid in the reservoir ...contains a solvent like propylene glycol and/or glycerol ...and flavours consisting of chemicals.
Many also contain varying levels of nicotine... the same highly addictive substance found in cigarettes.

Vaping products do not contain tobacco and do not involve burning or producing smoke.
