Fortunately, there are options we can turn to.
Clinical Trials are one. Clinical Trials give Canadians a chance to take part in research that could improve their health. They can even be set up for just one patient, if needed.
Our Special Access Programme is another. Doctors can request access to drugs that are not yet approved in Canada, to help patients with serious or life threatening conditions.
