Law enforcement information

The Office of Controlled Substances works with law enforcement agencies to aid in the proper reporting of controlled substances that have been seized and/or destroyed by law enforcement officials. In the following pages, law enforcement officers will find all the necessary forms, guides and information to report these activities to Health Canada. For further information please call the Dedicated Police Line: 613-952-2177.
