Cannabis licensing application: Cultivation, processing and sale for medical purposes licence
Anyone who wants to do activities with cannabis must get a licence from Health Canada. For example, if you want to grow cannabis, make cannabis products or sell cannabis for medical purposes. Use these pages to apply for the following commercial cannabis licences under the Cannabis Regulations:
- micro-cultivation, nursery and standard cultivation
- micro-processing and standard processing
- sale for medical purposes
