Who can apply
If you're a public health official responsible for public or military health emergency preparedness and response within a Canadian jurisdiction, you may request access to drugs that are not authorized for sale in Canada. Your request must be for:
- using in an immediate public or military health emergency, incident or event or
- stockpiling in anticipation of a public or military health emergency, incident or event
