Agile regulations for advanced therapeutic products and clinical trials

This consultation ran from July 18, 2019 to September 30, 2019.
The goal of this consultation was to seek feedback on what Health Canada should consider in developing new clinical trials regulations as well as implementing the pathway for Advanced Therapeutic Products. The department aimed to continue the conversation with stakeholders and gathered other ideas to help ensure our approach supports innovation while protecting the health and safety of Canadians.
