Mutual Recognition Agreements
Canada is a participant to several Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) covering drug/medicinal products Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Compliance Programmes. For Canada, the Regulatory Operations Enforcement Branch (ROEB) of Health Canada is the regulatory authority responsible for these MRAs. The ROEB Health Products Compliance Directorate (HPCD) administers the drug/medicinal products GMP Compliance Programme.
