Summary
The Pest Control Products Act (PCPA) 2002 defines the label of a pest control product to mean anything that conveys information that is required by this Act or the regulations to accompany the product. The purpose of this checklist is to provide a summary of the required labelling elements for registered pesticide products as per the new Pest Control Products Regulations (PCPR) and to outline how PMRA applies these requirements.
