The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) invites the public to submit written comments on Regulatory Proposal PRO2016-04, Policy on Cancellations and Amendments Following Re-evaluation and Special Review. This proposal is being distributed for information and comments. The purpose of this document is to communicate the policy, process, and criteria for establishing timelines associated with the cancellation of pesticide products or amendments to product uses, labels, or other conditions of registration following a re-evaluation or special review decision. The PMRA will accept written comments from the public on this proposal for up to 60 days from the date of publication of this document.

Reporting to Canadians
Health Canada will make the results of this consultation available on this website. Once the decision on Regulatory Proposal PRO2016-04, Policy on Cancellations and Amendments Following Re-evaluation and Special Review is finalized, the PMRA will post a decision on the Pesticides and Pest Management Reports and Publications portion of Health Canada's website.
