Notice of consultation: Proposed changes to the Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist

The purpose of this document is to solicit comments on a proposal to amend the Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist. The proposal includes the following:
- changes to improve the wording of the entries on the Hotlist
- additions and amendments to the Hotlist

This consultation is open for comment starting June 26, 2015 until August 26, 2015 (60 calendar days). Comments, suggestions and scientific information related to the substances that are the subject of this proposal may be submitted by email or in writing to the Cosmetics Program at:
