1. Welcome and Approval of Agenda
Dr. Ballem welcomed the Panel and secretariat by teleconference.
Decision: The Panel endorsed the meeting agenda.
2. Review Report Draft
The Panel provided comments on the penultimate draft of the report that had been circulated by email from the Chair on March 24, 2017. The Chair invited each member and advisor to comment on the draft. Each identified a few minor editorial corrections and clarifications that were discussed and agreed to by the group. Each also expressed strong support for the report overall.
Decision: The Panel Chair was authorized to finalize the report on the basis of this discussion and submit it to the Deputy Minister.
3. Next Steps
The Secretariat will work with the Chair to complete and produce the final report for submission to the Deputy Minister.
