The Branch Operational Support Services Division provides corporate support and planning to the Controlled Substances and Cannabis Branch.
Responsibilities
The division plays an integral role within the branch and provides leadership, oversight and services to support the consistent and effective management of operations, resources and branch-wide initiatives.
Function
The division oversees and coordinates the branch’s daily activities in key areas such as:
- accommodations
- business continuity
- workforce initiatives
- operational planning
- litigation coordination
- finance and human resources
- access to information and privacy
- information and records management
- staff engagement and communications
- coordination of information technology and systems
