MANCLIM (Manual of Climatological Observations) is a guide for observing and reporting precipitation and temperature for the Meteorological Service of Canada. The instructions given in this manual concern the proper use and maintenance of equipment used by the observer, as well as the official observing and reporting procedures.
MANCLIM 4th edition is the current version of this manual, with an effective date of July 2012.
