The Quarterly Climate Impacts and Outlook: Gulf of Maine Region offers a binational overview of the latest season’s significant weather, water and climate events and impacts as well as an outlook for the upcoming quarter.
This Canada-US climate quarterly newsletter is produced jointly by the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Environment and Climate Change Canada. Its geographical scope spans New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and the northeastern states of the U.S., including Maine, New Hampshire, and the eastern half of Massachusetts.
Quarterly issues are published in March, June, September and December covering winter (Dec-Feb); spring (Mar-May); summer (Jun-Aug) and fall (Sep-Nov).
