Online reporting - Effluent Regulatory Reporting Information System

The Wastewater Systems Effluent Regulations (the Regulations) require owners and operators to submit information about their wastewater system and effluent releases. This includes the size and location of the wastewater treatment system. The volume and quality of the effluent released must also be reported. This page provides information on how to submit the required reports.

You can submit reports through the Effluent Regulatory Reporting System (ERRIS). ERRIS is available from the Single Window web site.

ERRIS lets owners and operators submit all the data required by the Regulations:

• Identification report
• Monitoring reports
• Combined sewer overflow reports

ERRIS also lets you submit applications online for:

• Temporary bypass authorization
• Temporary authorization to deposit un-ionized ammonia
• Transitional authorization
