Administrative Agreements
Section 10 of SARA, allows the competent minister to enter into an administrative agreement with any other government in Canada, organization, or wildlife management board, after consultation with the other two ministers. This type of agreement allows for the administration of any provision in the Act, in which the competent minister has responsibility. This may include those for the preparation and implementation of recovery strategies, action plans and management plans.
