Annual reports

The Code of Practice requires that a report is submitted annually by June 30th. The report provides details of your salt management practices for the previous winter season.

The purpose of this form is to provide information required in Annex C of the Code of Practice for the Environmental Management of Road Salts. It will be used to monitor and measure progress in the implementation of best management practices with respect to road salt management, record the quantities of road salt used and the concentration of road salt in the environment. Information reported will be used in conjunction with additional data (winter severity, environmental monitoring data, cases studies and road safety data) to determine the extent and success of the implementation of the Code of Practice.
