9. Identification form (hard copy)

If you do not have access to the Internet, a paper version of the identification form can be retrieved by contacting us. See For More Information for details. It is also possible to download and print the forms from our website. The process is as above with a few minor differences from the online version.

On the paper ID form, it is necessary to sign the appropriate section at the end (part VI). Once completed, Environment and Climate Change Canada will notify the storage tank system owner of the storage tank system identification number when one has been generated.

When using the ID form to indicate a change to a storage tank system previously identified, provide the date that the modification was made to the system and include the system identification number (EC-XXXXXXXX).
