Notices with respect to substances in the National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI)

The notices contain up-to-date NPRI reporting requirements. Owners and operators of facilities that meet those requirements must submit their reports by June 1 every year. This is mandated by the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA, 1999).
