While the Meteorological Service of Canada (MSC) endeavours to meet the service commitments as outlined, there may on occasion be times when the service standards will not be met due to extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the MSC. The aforementioned service standards are therefore meant for defining service level objectives only. No guarantee of meeting the service standards as defined is either stated or implied by the MSC.
