Data and annual reports
On this page, you will find information on data reported by owners and operators of metal and diamond mines under the Metal and Diamond Mining Effluent Regulations, as well as annual reports prepared by Environment and Climate Change Canada. The annual reports present a summary of the performance of Canadian mines with respect to the prescribed limits and requirements of the Regulations. They provide information on mines subject to the Regulations, effluent data, compliance performance and water bodies designated as tailings impoundment areas.
