Appendix III

Participating Facility Commitment Form

As a participating screenprinting and/or digital imaging facility, commits to undertake the activities necessary to implement the requirements of this environmental performance agreement (EPA), as outlined in Appendix II.

The facility endorses the principles of the EPA, subscribes to the concept of collaboration, and specifically commits to the following:

• Being in full compliance with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal legislation, and regulations
• Implementing and sustaining an environmental management system (EMS)
• Using pollution prevention (P2), when practicable, to achieve the environmental objectives and targets of Canada (e.g., reduction/ elimination of the substances as listed in Appendix I)
• Monitoring and reporting annually on progress towards our objectives and targets
• Continuously improving our environmental performance
