Purpose
This workbook is intended for guidance only. It is provided by Environment and Climate Change Canda at the request of industry to assist companies in fulfilling the reporting requirements under section 13.1 of the Off-Road Compression-Ignition Engine Emission Regulations (regulations). Transition engine annual report
Pursuant to section 13.1 of the Off-Road Compression-Ignition Engine Emission Regulations, any company that elects to apply one of the standards set out in subsection 13(2) shall submit to the Minister an annual report signed by a person who is authorized to act on behalf of the company, within 90 days after the end of the calendar year during which the engine is imported into or manufactured in Canada.
