Please note that the Status Report Form on Conformance with the Environmental Code of Practice for Base Metals and Smelters and Refineries (fillable Excel Spreadsheet, 350 KB) in Section 8.1 of schedules 1, 4 and 5 of the Notice Requiring the Preparation and Implementation of Pollution Prevention Plans in Respect of Specified Toxic Substances Released From Base Metals Smelters and Refineries and Zinc Plants, published in the Canada Gazette, Part I on April 29, 2006, has been revised.
