Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑03597 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, February 2, 2016.

3. Duration of permit: permit is valid from February 15, 2016, to February 14, 2017.

3.1. The loading and disposal at sea activities are restricted to the following period: September 7, 2016, to February 14, 2017.

3.2. Blasting activities are restricted to the following period: November 30, 2016, to February 14, 2017.
