Calculate the dry gas volume on a dry basis referenced to 25°C and 101.3 kPa using Equation 1.

V_s: total volume of liquid sample in the storage container, mL
% CO₂: average value of CO₂ in the stack gas from the integrated bag sample, % (by volume)
% O₂: average value of O₂ in the stack gas from the integrated bag sample, % (by volume)
% N₂: 100 - % CO₂ - % O₂, % (by volume)
Y: dry gas meter factor, dimensionless
