Draft Regulations Amending the On-Road Vehicle and Engine Emission Regulations
Please find below, for information purposes only, a revised draft of the proposed Regulations Amending the On-Road Vehicle and Engine Emission Regulations, in addition to responses to public comments. The proposed Regulations were pre-published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on November 5, 2005 for a 60-day comment period required under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. The comment period ended on January 4, 2006. Comments received during that period were considered in the preparation of the revised draft. Please note that the information contained in the revised draft is still subject to change pending approval. Once final approval of the Regulations is received, the Regulations will be published in the Part II of the Canada Gazette.
