Locating the utilization report template
The utilization report (UR) template is provided in the email you received from the Employer Contact Centre when your Data Gateway account was set up.
If you can't locate this email, contact the Employer Contact Centre to obtain the template.
Documenting weekly data
The UR template, an Excel document, has tabs along the bottom to open a sheet for each week of the Work-Sharing agreement. You can move between sheets by selecting these tabs.
Complete the Week 1 sheet for the first week, the Week 2 sheet for the second week, and continue sequentially for each week of your agreement. Ensure all weeks of your agreement are documented within the same UR template.
Don't modify the UR template. Don't extract sheets, link to other documents or add password protection. If you do, it will cause processing delays.
