2. Issuing payments to WEPP recipients

Any organization or individual looking to issue payments to any potential WEPP recipients must first complete the following Intention to make a payment form and mail to:

Cornwall ON K6H 6J6

Service Canada will provide all the information needed and instructions for you to determine if you are required to repay the subrogated debt or proceed with issuing payment(s) to the client.

An overpayment may be created on the WEPP recipient’s claim if the organization or individual does not submit the payment to the Government of Canada prior to issuing a payment to the WEPP recipient.
