Funding: Skills for Success – Follow-up

3. Follow-up

Any organization receiving funding is required to report on the results achieved.

All project recipients are required to use the Project Results Report throughout the lifetime of the project to track results.

To move beyond output measurements, as of 2017/2018, all pilot project recipients are further required to conduct pre-and-post training skills assessments and report on skills-related and labour market-related outcomes such as participant skills gains and progress made on the pathway to secure labour market attachment (further training/education and employment retention). The Skills for Success Program will conduct a yearly survey to capture the outcomes of the pilot projects.
