Employment and Social Development Canada, through Service Canada, is responsible for the delivery of the passport program on behalf of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Service Canada delivers in-person passport services in passport offices and at Service Canada Centres in Canada, provides information, receives applications and validates identity.
