24.22.0 Write-off
The legislation and benefit entitlement principles on the issue of writing-off a debt due Her Majesty is the same for special benefits for the self-employed, as for all other EI benefits and is detailed in Chapter 20 Footnote 1 of the Digest of Benefit Entitlement Principles.
