Mr. Devanand (Dev) Maharaj is an experienced leader in workforce development, community engagement, and advocacy for diverse communities. As Executive Director of Peel Career Assessment Services Inc. (PCAS), he has strengthened the organization's impact by expanding Newcomer Settlement Services, Employment Services, and specialized programs such as Youth Trusteeship, Vocational Assessments, Work Hardening, and Ability Works. With over 13 years of experience with Japan's Ministry of Education, he brings systems thinking and the principles of Kaizen and Ikigai into Canadian workplaces to foster innovation, and operational excellence.
