Approximately 19,000 employers and approximately 1,300,000 employees (8% of all Canadian workers) are subject to Part II of the Canada Labour Code. This includes full-time and part-time employees, and seasonal, temporary, and casual employees and excludes military members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
