You can complete the following tasks by calling:
- request direct deposit or change direct deposit information
- change your mailing address
- get a missing tax slip
- report the death of an annuitant
- get guidance on power of attorney process
You will need your Annuity Contract Number or your Social Insurance Number.
If you are calling about direct deposit, you will also need:
- the name and number of your bank or financial institution
- the number of the branch where you have your account
- your bank account number

- designate, revoke or change annuities beneficiary
- send power of attorney documents
- request direct deposit or change direct deposit information
- change your mailing address
- get a missing tax slip
- report the death of an annuitant
- upon receiving the certificate of identity you must return it dually completed, along with any other requested documents
