CED Client Space
CED’s Client Space is changing its sign-in method
Starting on July 16, 2026, the portal is adopting CanadaLogin to replace GCKey and sign-in partners (Interac).
If you have an existing account, you must update your sign-in method. Check out the resources available at Help with signing in to the CED Client Space.
The Client Space of Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) is a secure online platform accessible by invitation.
It enables users to submit funding applications, upload and download documents, and monitor progress on their applications. CED’s Client Space is currently being deployed gradually.

Managing an account
Definition of an organizational account
An organizational account belongs to an organization (business or non-profit organization), and not a person.
It enables the organization to:
- Submit and manage its funding applications online.
- Access its account at any time, from anywhere.
- Securely monitor progress on its projects.
An organizational account also makes it possible:
- For several users to access it at the same time and collaborate on funding applications online.
- For account managers to control access by granting permissions.
How to create an account for an organization
Organizational accounts are created in CED’s Client Space by invitation.
People authorized to represent the organization must first sign an Agreement and accept the terms of use of CED’s Client Space portal before being able to create and manage an account.

How to request access to an existing organizational accoun
When your organization’s account was created, an account manager was identified within your organization. Please contact this person to obtain access.
